Services are recommended annually. These are a legal requirement for landlords and may be a requirement for your home insurance or boiler warranty.

During a boiler service, your engineer will check that your boiler is working efficiently and safely, checking not only your boiler but the flue and the gasses it is emitting. A well run boiler ultimately uses less fuel and reduces your energy bills. If you fail to service your boiler regularly, you could risk house fire or carbon monoxide poisoning.

We will always issue advisories if there is anything we think may need replacing and should be able to fix it there and then if you wish. Boiler services can take between 30 - 90 minutes depending on the type of boiler and age.

Boilers can breakdown for many different reasons. We will run diagnostics on your boiler and find the source of the problem, getting it fixed in no time. We know these things happen at the worst times, so we offer out of hours service too.
